30-day money-back guarantee (books)

The Orthodox Faith Made Clear and our Prayer Book come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Read it for 30 days after it arrives. If it is not everything you hoped for, email us and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

Damaged or wrong items (all products)

If any item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.

Other products

If you are unhappy with any other item, email us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in their original condition can be returned for a full refund of the item price. We will send you the return address and instructions by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships, including pre-orders waiting for the next print batch. Just email us with your order number.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we confirm your refund, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
