Shipping rates

• Standard tracked shipping: $4.99 per order.
• Orders of $75 or more ship free.

The same rates apply to every country we ship to, in the United States and internationally. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and internationally to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, New Zealand and Serbia. If your country is not listed, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get an order to you.

Where orders ship from

Our books and products are produced by our print and fulfillment partners in China and shipped from there. This is why your tracking may show international transit, even if you live in the United States.

Pre-orders and print batches

The Orthodox Faith Made Clear is printed in batches. When a batch sells out, new orders become pre-orders and are reserved for the next batch. The date of the next batch is shown on the book page before you order, and your order ships when that batch is ready.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, most orders arrive within 5 to 14 days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs and local postal services.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our partner, and you can follow it on our order tracking page.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement, with no return needed. If your tracking stops moving for an unusually long time, write to us and we will look into it and make it right.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order has not shipped.
